| 1944年6月15日付けで、ガーミッシュ・パルテンキルヒェンに駐屯する第79山岳砲兵補充大隊所属の兵卒ゲハルト・ケービッシュから、ハイデスハイム・アム・ラインに住むリーゼロッテ・シルト嬢に宛てたもの。心からの挨拶（die
herzlichsten Gruesse）だけで紙面が一杯になってしまったようで、次の機会にもっと、と書いてある。察するに、友達以上恋人未満の関係か。 それにしても部隊の所在地を書くことは、機密情報に触れることにはならなかったのだろうか。 The letter is from Private Gerhard Koebisch of 79th Mountain Artillery Replacement Battalion stationed at Garmisch-Partenkirchen to Miss Liselotte Schild at Heidesheim am Rhein, dated 15th of June 1944. It seems the paper was already full writing the herzlichsten Gruesse, so he writes he would write more another time. I truly hope they could become more than lovers. I wonder the stationed location of the troops were not confidential. |
