当サイト管理人が収集した当時の資料には、ドイツ文字（Fraktur）で書かれたものや、経年変化で読みづらいものがあり、そのままでは翻訳もやりにくいので、内容を確認しながら打ち直しを試みた。せっかくなので、体裁を整え、ここに公開することとした。 　時間的にも能力的にも日本語訳はできないので、原文のまま掲載する。 　　Some of the period documents I have collected are written in German Fraktur and some are hard to read from the aging of the paper. So I had been trying to re-type them word by word to understand what is written. Now I have decided to put the result on the net to share the information. Sorry I have not enough time and ability to translate them into English.

		本書には、民間用スコープ（民間転用型）をそのまま軍用マウント（低タレットマウント及び短レール型）に搭載した初期のKarabiner 98k狙撃銃が掲載されている。 　This manual describes early sniper rifles using commercial scopes (not the ones made under Military contract) on early Military mounts (LTM & SSR).

		本書には、付録として巻末にKarabiner 98k狙撃銃のマニュアル２種（D136/1及びD136/2）の抜粋版が添付されている。 　As an appendix, this manual includes extract versions of two Sniper K98k manuals (D136/1 & D136/2).

		捕獲されたZF41/1に関する技術報告書。示されている銃K98k-Zf41は、byf44（モーゼルオベルンドルフ工場1944年製）である。掲載されたスコープと銃の写真に興味深い点があるので、報告書末に注記した。 　A technical report of the captured ZF41/1. The K98k-Zf41 shown is byf44. Since there are interesting points on the scope and the rifle shown, wrote some notes at the last.
